Dinner and Dance

Everyone invited Friday night November 7th, 2025, for Dinner and Dance along with a delicious catered dinner to start the Salute To Our Heroes festivities. Dance to the tunes of Unfinished Business band. You need to make your reservation in advance! Limited to the first 250. Reservations must be made prior to November 4th, 2025. Dinner and dance is open to everyone!

The Particulars

  • SPECIAL FUND RAISING EVENT PRIOR TO STOH
  • Location: Estrella Warbirds Museum Hangar One
  • Hours: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Silent Auction and No Host Bar at 6:00 p.m.
  • Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and dancing starts at 7 p.m.
  • Beer,  wine and cocktails  available for purchase.
  • Dinner Tickets: Buy Here
  • Individual: $50/person
  • Dinner will be Tri-tip, Chicken, Beans, Salad,  Bread and DESSERT.

We are proud to announce that Unfinished Business will headline at the Dinner Dance on Friday November 7th to kick off the Museum’s tribute to all military and first responders’ weekend, “Salute To Our Heroes”. They promise to “bring the tunes if you bring your dancing shoes”. Unfinished Business features four talented musicians who specialize in the covers of iconic rock and roll hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. They have played over 1,000 shows since they were established 21 years ago. They have been described as “talented, polished, professional, and top-notch performers”.
