Hangar One is the original facility on the grounds. Constructed in 1984, it was a repurposed almond packing warehouse and a different location. It has seen a few nuts over the years, but has served us well, becoming the focal point for a rapidly growing museum. It was the original museum building before Freedom Hall was constructed. As the museum continued to grow, so did the hangar. In recent years, it was insulated and a new audio/visual system was added. When we are not using it for a special events program, it houses aircraft that can easily be removed and reset.
