President of the Board of Directors for Estrella Warbirds Museum

Joe was born and raised in San Jose, a graduate of San Jose State University, with a Radio/TV/Film BA degree. In San Jose, he spent 11 years as On-Air Host, Promotions Director and Assistant Program Director, followed by 10 years as Director of Operations and On-Air Reporter at Metro Networks, which took him to Seattle and San Francisco. Joe began a 20 year second career as a Technology Talent Advisor in 1998. Before retiring, Joe accepted a role at a major healthcare provider to lead a successful contract labor program across their hospital system.

Joe and his wife Zoe moved to Paso Robles in 2022, and says, "we love our town."" A lifelong car nut, Joe has been a docent for the Woodland Auto Display since 2024. His father served in the Navy during WWII, and proudly supports the mission of the Estrella Warbirds Museum.
