Freedom Hall

small logo

Estrella Warbirds Museum members broke ground on a much needed display facility, June 7th, 2006. Freedom Hall is dedicated to all those who have helped keep America free.   The hall features authentic memorabilia items from all military branches and recent conflicts.  The displays are well lit and ever changing.

The displays are well lit and ever changing. Memorabilia items are not limited to personal items by US Military, but also showcase items from other nations as well.

One of the prime objectives of Estrella Warbirds Museum is to preserve military aircraft. Thousands, if not millions of aircraft, once having lived past its useful life, have been destroyed, sold for scrap, and exist no more than in personal memories, in picture or model format. The museum has a generous collection of aircraft models, many which were constructed by former vetrans and pilots. They serve as a gentle reminder of times gone by.

Freedom Hall

The hall entrance features a generously stocked gift shop where you might want to take home a memento of your experience.

The reception area for the hall is home to the Freedom Flight Veterans Memorial that offers an opportunity for any American to honor not only our military veterans, but also the men and women presently serving in all branches of service.  The memorial serves as a reminder that our freedom and way of life have not been preserved without sacrifice.

There is something about a person in uniform... The museum features a generous collection of military uniforms from days gone by including items from World War I. Display items feature both that of men and women who served their country.

Arnold and Native Sons

Other items of interest on display include a "Link" flight trainer and an active FA-18 Flight Simulator.  When visiting the museum plan on spending the day or even several days meandering through the display buildings as there are far more items of interest than are listed on this website.

On May 1st, 2010, the Native Sons of the Golden West designated Estrella Warbirds Museum as an official historical site, not because of what happened in the past on this site, but recognizing the extensive work the Museum has accomplished in the preservation of the history of military aircraft and military equipment.
